Ps Phil Cayzer, Founder of the turningpoint Church network and the currently CRC Australian Missions Director, is a seasoned missionary and ministry trainer with a passion for equipping pastors and leaders. He established the International Missions Bible College, now serving over 7,000 students globally. Phil leads several short-term mission teams each year and oversees Operation Proclamation to Africa each August, reaching over 20 nations in Africa with the Gospel and facilitating IMBC graduations.
Dr David Goodwin
David Goodwin is a seasoned children’s ministry trainer with extensive experience in equipping leaders for effective ministry. He specializes in duty of care, teaching children with special needs, and cross-cultural ministry, providing practical and biblically sound training. His resources, including books and curriculum, are available through KidsReach. David is available to speak and train leaders, empowering churches to build strong, inclusive, and mission-focused children’s ministries.

Ps Jeremy Steel, currently pastoring at Lefevre CRC in South Australia, has dedicated many years to missions in Papua New Guinea, serving in leadership, training, and church development. With a deep passion for global missions, he now coordinates Pathways to Missions for CRC Churches, equipping and guiding individuals in effective mission strategies. Jeremy continues to mentor and support missionaries, helping to expand CRC’s global impact.
Ps Steve Pidd
Ps Steve Pidd, alongside his wife Em, has dedicated over 20 years to equipping leaders and churches in healing and freedom ministries. As the founder of Preparing the Pathway and the School of Healing and Freedom (SOHAF), Steve has ministered internationally, training pastors, leaders, and churches in overcoming spiritual, mental, emotional, relational, and physical challenges. His work extends to mentoring and empowering churches worldwide.

Ps Norma Cayzer is the Senior Pastor of turningpoint Church Cranbourne and a dedicated missionary and ministry trainer. She has led short-term mission teams and has extensive experience in pastoral care, discipleship, and cross-cultural ministry, impacting communities locally and globally. Norma continues to mentor and equip leaders, empowering them to serve effectively in their calling, and expanding the reach of the Gospel worldwide.
